Rockwell is a predominantly residential area adjacent to the Makati CBD. There are a number of gated communities on the outside of Rockwell which are made up of single or double storey houses and a number of high rise condominiums in the centre. Near the centre is also the powerplant mall. A small mall by comparison, and also quite expensive, however there are certain hard to find items that can be found here – perhaps Western luxury items might be a good term or imported goods. Fresh milk, good wine, quality Ray Ban sunglasses are all examples of produce that can be found in the mall.
